Every child is different.
Every grandchild is different.
Yet… they are the same in this way: They are a priceless gift from God!
As a parent, a grandparent… we have very real responsibilities that come along with this gift from God. Understand the critical importance of guiding your family with love, with discipline, with wisdom, and with the Father.
Grandparents… you serve as a mentor, a historian, a teacher, a standard-bearer, a moral authority! You need to carry out these responsibilities with love… with kindness… with generosity and with God along side. Your overriding purpose is to care for your children and grandchildren. They are our most precious resource.
Every child is God’s child. We need to obey God’s Word and be an encouragement and teach our children. God will bless you!
Remember… you are never “just a mother… just a father… just a grandmother… just a grandfather!” You are wise and you are fulfilling one of the most important duties on earth by sharing your faith from generation to generation.
